This equipment includes an industrial grade lathe, milling machine, valve grinder, honing machine, cylinder boring machine, hydraulic presses, bead blast equipment and a full array of other standard and specialized tools.

We also are equipped for steel and alloy welding. This facility allows us to perform in house all aspects of BMW cylinder head reconditioning, as well as many specialized BMW repairs, such as exhaust thread replacement. We are the most fully equipped BMW shop in the US.

Our in house Dyno, one of the most useful capabilities we possess for product development, provides testing and special tuning needs. This fully computerized motorcycle chassis dynamometer equipment, and the specialized tuning procedures we have developed after years of experience, allow us to quickly and precisely dial in all tuning variables and to objectively assess the characteristics of all performance modifications. It has provided us with unequaled expertise in troubleshooting and setting up BMW carburetors and fuel injection systems for stock and modified motors.
