"For the first time ever, I am working with a dealer that is enhancing the joy of owning my motorcycle. I've received top drawer treatment every visit and I'm very happy with my Vespa GTS250. I've already shared this opinion with others and will continue to do so. Well done and thanks..."

"Just wanted to say thank you for the quick and
professional service you gave us. The new tires are just great
and served us well for the reminder of our trip - it was sure
a lucky chance that brought us to your dealership." |

"Just wanted to thank you for making my 2-day
vacation last weekend so pleasant. The silver RT is quite
a machine. Thanks again very much for making a dull business
trip to the Bay area so enjoyable." |

"I just wanted to drop you guys an email to say
thanks for your help with my K75. You guys showed me that
a smaller shop does not mean less service. You did more
for me than [omitted] ever would have and your prices were
much more pleasing to deal with." |

"I would like to pass along a great experience I had with
your service department especially with Josh and Robbie, on
August 8, 2002.
I had planned a trip with my wife for our seventh year wedding
anniversary starting early Thursday morning on August 8 riding
my 1996 BMW R1100RT to Hearst Castle. The bike was fully loaded,
luggage packed and we were excited to get started. This motorcycle
was recently purchased with 2600 miles on the clock and the
original battery.
Immediately after pulling out of my driveway I noticed that
the ABS lights would not reset. Walnut Creek BMW had previously
informed me that as BMW batteries go low on charge these lights
would not reset. Now I was worried. We were off to the central
California coast where there are no BMW dealers within miles
and probably few motorcycle dealers of any kind.
I pulled into your shop at 10:00 am and spoke with Josh. He
turned the key on and off several times and reset the lights,
started the bike and informed me that I may not have a problem.
Ha also stated that he could have someone look at the bike immediately
if desired. I am not one to risk being stranded so I asked if
he had a battery in stock and I was told yes and where I could
get some coffee. Surprisingly there was a cappuccino machine
in your lounge!
My wife and I waited while Robby went to work on the bike. Robbie
came out to the lounge to show me the condition of the air filter.
It was not good so I had this replaced also. Meanwhile Josh
poured through old service recalls and found that a recall had
been issued in 1995 (!) for possible rear brake line routing
problems. Robbie checked it out and found my routing was correct.
He also checked my fluid levels and even checked tire pressure
which was low due to my crappy tire gauge. In about an hour
we were back on the road with the peace-of-mind that we would
have no problems on our trip.
Thanks Josh, Robbie and everyone at San Jose BMW for making
our trip safe and enjoyable. You have an excellent service department." |

"CC Products provided the high performance heads
for Maury's hot R90S which won 1st place out of 60 entries
in the invitation only 1991 California 1000 mile road endurance
rally. CC Performance and reliability kept him out front and
in the running while 33 of the starters dropped out." |

"Hugh drove his R100GS down all the way from Alaska
for a dose of vitamin CC. "Alaskan terrain is really
rugged and I wanted plenty of power to deal with it."
We fitted a 1050 kit, Powermax conversion, CC/SuperTrapp exhaust
and ported the heads. On the CC Dyno we saw 89 horsepower,
an increase of 27 horsepower over stock!" |

"I drive hard and and pile up the miles. I needed
more zip and zero hassles" We fitted a CC K MAX III package
and Sport Injectors. The CC Dyno said 108 horsepower. Ken
said, "I got all I could ask for. My K100 LT will outrun
an RS now and response around town is great. I've put 30,000
miles on it with no problems. |
